What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

How to reach us

There are three ways to get in touch, and all of them reach the same team.

  • Call (604) 632-4959. The fastest way to get a direct answer during business hours.
  • Text (604) 632-4959. Handy if you are between jobs or standing in a mechanical room. Send a short note and we will reply.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Useful if you want to send links, screenshots or reports.

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. For an HVAC office in Ontario or Quebec, that works out to noon until 9 p.m. Eastern; in the Maritimes, 1 p.m. until 10 p.m. Atlantic.

What to include in your message

A few details let us skip the basic questions and get straight to what matters. Send whatever you have:

  1. Your company name and website.
  2. Links to your social profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube if you have them.
  3. Your service area, by city, region or postal code.
  4. Your main services: furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, AC, ductless, water heaters, commercial.
  5. Your busiest and slowest months.
  6. Average job values, if you know them: a tune-up, a typical repair, a replacement.
  7. What you have tried before, and what did or did not work.
  8. Your capacity: how many trucks and techs, and whether you can take on more work now.

Do not send passwords or login details by text or email, even if a past agency asked you to. If we work together, access to your accounts is granted through each platform's own sharing tools, so you never need to hand over a password.

What happens next

After you get in touch, the process is short and predictable.

  1. A first conversation. Usually 20 to 30 minutes by phone. We ask about your seasons, services and goals, and answer your questions.
  2. The free trial. Over seven days we review your current marketing, including your profiles and posting history, your website's performance and how competitors in your area show up. No credit card is needed.
  3. A written recommendation. What we would do first, what it would cost and how we would measure it. It is yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.
  4. If you go ahead, onboarding starts with account access and tracking, then the first calendar. Most clients see their first planned posts within two to three weeks.

The services overview explains the work in detail, and the pricing page shows the plans.

Before you contact any social media agency

Whether you contact us or someone else, a few minutes of preparation will save you money.

  • Check who owns your current accounts. If a past agency set up your ad account in its own name, ask for it to be transferred now.
  • Look at your last 90 days of posts. Note which ones produced calls, if you can tell. If you cannot tell, that is the first thing to fix.
  • Set up a tracked number, or ask how the agency will track calls, before agreeing to any ad spend.
  • Decide your capacity. There is no point generating demand your crews cannot serve.

None of this takes long, and it makes any first conversation, with us or with another agency, far more productive. Our FAQ covers contracts, ownership and reporting in more detail. When you are ready, call, text or email, and we will take it from there.

Frequently asked questions

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. A text or email that arrives after hours gets picked up on the next business day.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The first call costs nothing, and the 7-day free trial needs no credit card. There is no obligation to continue.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing formal. Links to your social profiles and website, your service area and your busiest and slowest months are enough to start.

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes. Text (604) 632-4959 any time with a short note about your company, and we will reply during business hours.
